It makes me smile how many Psion users still exist! and long may they continue to use their Psions. If only Psion had released a small colour device with more memory, I am sure Psion would still be selling PDAs 19 years on!.... It also surprises me how long POS Ltd can continue repairing broken Psions (and long may they continue to!) PsionEx still sell secondhand Psions as well of course eBay.

If your beloved Psion is on it's last legs or has broken, maybe now is your time to upgrade and move on.

Your Options...

• Your data from Agenda/To-Do lists, Contacts/Data, Word & Sheet still needs to be intact on your Psion or backed up on to a SSD or Compact Flash Disk or on a PC.

• Do you want just a standard PDA device (e.g. Pocket PC or Palm device) to keep your Contacts/Address Book and Agenda/Calendar on? or would you like a new Smartphone device (e.g. Symbian, Windows Mobile, Blackberry) to also enable email/web browsing on the move?

• If you are a PC user you have the best choice, if you are a Mac user, unfortunately you have less choice.

• Do you currently use Microsoft Office/Outlook (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes) [not Outlook Express!] on a Desktop Computer or Laptop?
  
  With new devices, you can synchronise the data from your mobile device with Microsoft Office: Outlook-Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes and Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

• Be careful not to be persuaded by a keen shop salesman that you need to buy the top of the range device. When your requirements may be fully met by a new PDA costing <£100 instead of >£400!
